Beyonce Appears In First Post-baby Performance

30-year-old hot mama, Beyonce, dazzeled the crowds in her first performance since she and hubby Jay-Z welcomed daughter Blue Ivy Carter on January 7, 2012.

Incase you were an expecting mommy to be or just looking to lose some extra weight, here’s what gossip is saying on how Beyonce shed 60 pounds of baby weight in just weeks!

“Beyonce and Marco (personal trainer) are up at 5 a.m for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m. They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and of course dance”! As for her diet, rumor has it she is “living on protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water.”

So, 4 hours work out a day + awful food = Gorgeous, sizzling figure!

        Here’s another video showing timeline inconsistencies. ( I do not agree with everything mentioned here. Celebs deserve their privacy. But no one like being lied to…)

Now hold on ! it is not about the extra pounds ! when you have a pregnant belly the skin streches ! so you are left with ugly looking extra skin with strech marks on it dangiling from your tummy. and this has nothing to do with diet or excersise ! you can get your muscles back in shape and tighten them but not the extra skin from a 9 months stretch ! the real question is, where did all the extra skin go ?
