I just watched this movie in my Arab Culture class at uni. It’s actually pretty good, but the cinematography and Arab actors could do a little better.. the story is still really good and its a good overall perspective on multiple cultures living in the UAE.
The guy who brought it to class just downloaded it off the net. Sorry not sure where to get it either.
And you should totally check out Amreika if you like City of Life. I think its a better movie overall.
