Diet Care: Nutrition Meets Fashion Pre-event Fun

Got a cute healthy invite from the Diet Care for their upcoming event, Nutrition Meets Fashion, this coming Wednesday.

The invitation was a collection of ingredients with recipes for 2 delicious winter drinks under 100 calories; Hot Chocolate & Spiced Apple juice.

I was over at Froyo Nation‘s and we decided to have some kitchen fun! Starting with the hot chocolate, we got the stuff ready, super easy! 3-minutes easy!

Heated some milk in a mug and added 1 tbsp cocoa power

The recipe says 3 packets of artificial sweetener; but that would have been too sweet for our taste, so we added just a little bit of sweet’n low

Eh voila! Yum!

Moving on to the second recipe, the Spiced Apple juice

Everything was already put together by the Diet Care; all we needed to do is follow the steps!

500 ml apple juice and 1/2 tsp of orange zest

Cinnamon sticks (according to your taste)

Let them sit for 5 minutes

And it’s ready! How easy was that!

Zumba Fitness Masterclass with Hermann Melo

Zumba guru Hermann Melo is going to be in Kuwait, tomorrow, October 10th, at Kazma Sporting Club (Basketball court), to host one of his infamous zumba masterclasses for 2 hours of pure fun and fitness, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

In a normal case scenario, I wouldn’t miss this for the world! But unfortunately, due to medical restrictions, I’m gonna have to :cry: Check out this video of Hermann Melo’s masterclass I got off youtube, and look at the amount of fun and positive energy there is! I DIE!

I Came home the other day to find this little red hood-picnic style basket in Kuwaiti traditional dress delivered by Diet Center, a personalized message, some healthy and delicious goodies, not to forget the nutrition facts of the servings.
