
Got a cute healthy invite from the Diet Care for their upcoming event, Nutrition Meets Fashion, this coming Wednesday.

The invitation was a collection of ingredients with recipes for 2 delicious winter drinks under 100 calories; Hot Chocolate & Spiced Apple juice.

I was over at Froyo Nation‘s and we decided to have some kitchen fun! Starting with the hot chocolate, we got the stuff ready, super easy! 3-minutes easy!

Heated some milk in a mug and added 1 tbsp cocoa power

The recipe says 3 packets of artificial sweetener; but that would have been too sweet for our taste, so we added just a little bit of sweet’n low

Eh voila! Yum!

Moving on to the second recipe, the Spiced Apple juice

Everything was already put together by the Diet Care; all we needed to do is follow the steps!

500 ml apple juice and 1/2 tsp of orange zest



Cinnamon sticks (according to your taste)

Cloves (according to your taste)

Let them sit for 5 minutes

And it’s ready! How easy was that!

This was the first time that I try any sort of spiced juice, and I looooved!
